1pm Public Tour
BAM offers a public tour at 1pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A BAM Docent will meet tour attendees in the Museum Forum at 1pm and provide a guided tour for a current exhibition. Tours are first-come, first-served; limited to groups of 10 or fewer; and subject to docent availability. Docent-led tours are free with museum admission.
BAM offers private docent-led tours in English with at least two weeks' advance notice. Private tours are free with admission. Note that we do not offer private tours on free-admission days.
Docent led-tours in German, Korean, Mandarin, and Swedish may be available, based on docent availability, for no additional cost. World Language Tours are intended to foster conversation skills and are recommended for advanced speakers.
School & Youth Tours
BAM offers tours for pre-K-12 school and youth groups, specifically shaped to your students' grade level and interests. A tour of Bellevue Arts Museum's galleries serves as an extension of your classroom work and provides opportunities to develop projects and assignments that relate to the works on display to your curriculum.
BAM offers discounted group admission for 10 or more participants. No advance reservation required.
