Director of Development
Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Development to lead the Museum’s fundraising efforts. The Director of Development manages all fundraising initiatives including individual gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, and membership. In addition to managing BAM’s annual fundraising, this is a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Executive Director in his efforts to launch and implement a significant multi-year strategic growth campaign. BAM seeks a candidate who thinks strategically, acts tactically, and has a good sense of humor. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will work closely with staff, Board of Trustees, and volunteers to achieve the overall fundraising goals of the Museum.
Event Support Specialist
The Event Support Specialist will perform the installation and operation of event audio/video equipment, maintain audio/video equipment and inventory, and provide primary support for set-up and tear-down of all event related equipment. This position supports internal education and exhibition specific programming as well as external private rental events.
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in all aspects of the Museum’s digital marketing efforts, including the maintenance of BAM’s e-newsletter communications and website, and assistance with the Museum’s social media platforms. Marketing coordinator works under the supervision of Director of Marketing to build ongoing public interest and support for BAM in order to maximize revenues through paid promotions, media sponsorships and other sources while maintaining brand continuity.
Bellevue Arts Museum (BAM) is seeking a Development Officer to provide critical operational support for the Development team and the various Museum departments. This role manages donor and fundraising platforms, tracks contributed income and manages the membership program. The mission of the Bellevue Arts Museum is focused on art, craft, and design and engages the community through exhibitions and programs, featuring regional, national, and international artists.
Teen Programs Educator
This position is responsible for planning, designing, and facilitating programs and resources focused on youth audiences between the ages of 13-19. The individual will collaborate with the Teen Arts Council in conceptualizing and implementing workshops, programs and collaborating with community partner organizations that serve youth.
BAM seeks a dynamic, creative and intellectually curious Curator to develop a compelling curatorial vision and to manage exhibition programs that fulfill that vision. The individual should have a deep understanding of contemporary art, craft and design. The Curator will be charged with a long-term exhibition plan with the goal of increasing BAM’s relevance within the greater Puget Sound Region while advancing the Museum’s mission
Working with the Curatorial Staff, the Museum Registrar will be responsible for creating and maintaining orderly systems for the management of exhibitions, as well as coordinating all aspects of borrowing and lending objects. This includes the negotiation of loan contracts, as well as the performance and supervision of packing, shipping, and object condition reports. The Registrar will also be responsible for managing all internal art-related policies.

Hospitality Manager Intern
The Hospitality Manager Intern coordinates all aspects of the BAM Arts Fair Artist Lounge. This position is responsible for coordinating food and beverage, hospitality donations, keeping the lounge clean, and creating a welcoming environment for artists. The manager must be comfortable directing multiple volunteers throughout the weekend.
