ABOUT THE EXHIBITIONS
Steven Holl: Making Architecture
Making Architecture offers an in-depth look at Holl’s particular approach to making architecture through several recent projects. The exhibition marks the first time Holl's work has been the subject of a solo exhibition at Bellevue Arts Museum—one of his earliest projects—since the building opened in 2001.
Nicole Gordon: Altered States
Nicole Gordon’s meticulously-rendered, large-scale paintings depict a liquid dreamscape of all-too-solid fantasy. Altered States presents a suite of new works alongside sculptures and installations that bring Gordon's paintings to life.
Playa Made: The Jewelry of Burning Man
Many are familiar with the large-scale art of Burning Man, but you may not know that there is another art form that flourishes in the desert—jewelry. Playa Made: The Jewelry of Burning Man celebrates the portable and personal works of art made for the Burning Man event.
