About Leslie Moon
Leslie Moon received her BFA in printmaking and book arts from The University of the Arts, Philadelphia, PA. Leslie shares: “My son Trevor has severe autism, intellectual disability, intermittent explosive disorder, and OCD. Due to the lack of services for people like my son, he is with me most of the time. We do a lot of driving, visiting different landmarks, parks, and looking at wildlife. My art is narrative in style, and whether real or reimagined, it’s very Pacific Northwest. I’ve always loved to make art, but with the unexpected and challenging turns my life has taken, I truly need to make art.” In addition to Seattle, Leslie’s art is represented in several galleries throughout the PNW, from Cannon Beach to the south, Ellensburg in the east, and Bothell in the north.
