Workshop

In this workshop, participants will learn how to make katupat. The katupat is a hand size woven vessel used in regions in South East Asia and Pasifika, commonly used to steam rice. We will be weaving them with palm fronds. No prior weaving experience is necessary.

Ceremony

Artist Siongco will perform a ceremony to close the weaving of their work, Lusong yan Lommok (Mortar and Pestle).
