Held in conjunction with the exhibition Electric Coffin: Future Machine, the Future Machine Conversations series hosts artists, thinkers, and industry leaders, inviting them to dissect important issues and offering diverse perspectives inspired by the exhibition. Each iteration corresponds to a phase of this seven-month evolving exhibition.
Moderated by Dave Rosencrans
Dave Rosencrans is a native Washington resident, and an active maven/connector in development of our region's future machine. He's provided direction at the intersection of creativity and commerce, holding leadership positions at vanguard Northwest organizations such as KCMU Radio (now KEXP), Sub Pop Records, EMP Museum (now MoPOP) and Chihuly Studio. Additionally, his private consultancy offers small business and design expertise to many companies, including Electric Coffin. Currently, Dave is Director of Operations for Ecotope, a leading research, design and policy team delivering energy efficiency for the built environment.
