The best way to get over the fear of the blank page and create new drawings is to trying to try new materials. We’ll start with different ways to leave a mark and move on to drawing with coffee, string, and even bleach.

TAS@BAM is a free drop-in arts class that offers a casual and supportive environment where participants enjoy access to BAM's current exhibitions. Each month a Resident Teaching Artist will focus on different skills and themes to teach in connection with a current BAM exhibition. Teen Art Studios are set up to have new students every workshop so don't be afraid to stop by anytime! TAS@BAM is free and open to all students ages 13 –18, and includes art materials.
