The BAM Holiday Arts Fair 2024 is a brand-new event hosted by the Bellevue Arts Museum, bringing the magic of the holidays and the arts together for the first time! This special holiday-themed fair offers a platform for emerging and established artists to showcase and sell their work in a festive indoor setting at the Bellevue Arts Museum. Visitors will enjoy a carefully curated selection of handmade art, perfect for holiday gifting, while supporting local artists. This winter celebration is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season. 

Please note, the BAM Holiday Arts Fair will run parallel to Snowflake Lane, a time when thousands of people flock to downtown Bellevue to celebrate the season.  This is a high-traffic shopping month and a great opportunity for artists of our area. Snowflake lane draws about 12,000-15,000 visitors each night. 

BAM Holiday Arts Fair welcomes applications in various art mediums, including painting, sculpture, glass, ceramics, photography, jewelry, and more.

We are seeking artists who can envision our Arts Fair as a boutique market experience within our unique museum setting. Artists should be able to adapt to a smaller indoor vending area and follow a few key museum guidelines to help preserve the beauty of the space.

• Each applicant must fill this registration form and submit a $20 registration fee, UBI no. and 4-5 digital images showcasing their current work. Please include one image of a fully stocked booth or table display similar to what the artist intends to set up at the market. Artists should intentionally select high-quality and detailed photos that represent the range and quality of what their table will offer. This is a juried show. Selected artists will be informed between Nov 2-5, 2024. 

• The BAM Holiday Arts Fair will be located in first floor of Bellevue Arts Museum, WA. There are about 25 spots available. Each artist will receive a 6 feet table with option of buying two tables if more space is needed.  Additional electricity is not provided. The museum is very well lit.

• Artists have the option to participate for the full duration of the event or select individual weeks that align with their availability. Prices vary based on the length of participation. Please choose the weeks you'd like to join below.  We do not offer payment plans or split payment options. 

  Full Month, Nov 29- Dec 22, Fee: $1000

  Week 1, Fri-Sun, Nov 29- Dec 1; Fee: $300

  Week 2, Thu -Sun, Dec 5 -Dec 8; Fee: $325

  Week 3, Thu -Sun, Dec 12 -Dec 15; Fee: $325

  Week 4, Thu -Sun, Dec 19 -Dec 22; Fee: $325

• In addition to the table fee listed above,  a 30% commission on sales will be collected weekly during the fair.
