Marla Baggetta

MICHAEL MONROE is the Executive Director and Chief Curator of Bellevue Arts Museum. He was with the Smithsonian Institution’s Renwick Gallery for over 23 years, the last ten as Curator-in-Charge. He also served as Executive Director of the American Craft Council and taught design for the State University of New York.

SIGNE MAYFIELD is the former Director of Miller Brown Gallery in San Francisco, has curated exhibitions for the Palo Alto Art Center in Palo Alto, California over the past 18 years with a wide range of subjects and directions. Mayfield is fascinated by the way artists’ works are constructed—either conceptually, in elements of their craft or in the way they relate to personal histories, culture, belief systems, or time.

KIWON WANG is a professional jewelry artist and the owner of AARO Studio, New York, NY. Wang received her MFA in Jewelry and Light Metal from Rhode Island School of Design. Wang’s artworks are in the permanent collection at the The Museum of Arts and Design and Samuel Dorsky Art Museum in New York. Wang has had international exhibitions at The Fuller Craft Museum, Kestner-Museum Hannover, Lesley Craze Gallery in London and Taipei Craft Design Center.

MARLA BAGGETTA has been a professional working artist for 25 years. She is a Signature Member of the Pastel Society of America and the Pastel Society of Oregon. Her award winning work has been exhibited in galleries and juried shows nationally. Marla’s work has been included in several books and art magazines, most recently, Pure Color the Best of Pastel edited by Maureen Bloomfield and James A. Markle and published by North Light.

HOW DO I APPLY WITH A PAPER APPLICATION?
All artists must apply using Zapplication. If you cannot apply using Zapplication, Bellevue Arts Museum will process your slides , setup a user profile and submit your images on Zapplication. An additional fee of $75 is required. Contact Meredith Langridge for additional information.
