Bellevue Arts Museum artsfair Awards Program adopted the name Carol Duke Awards in recognition of one of the Fair’s original Fair Managers and arts activist Carol Duke. During her life, Carol possessed a true and active passion for art. Her contributions and legacy are honored this year with 10 awards of $1,000 each. |
