A rare grouping of functional handmade glass objects will be shown in the Pilchuck Glass School Gallery. The exhibition profiles fourteen local and national studios ranging from one-person operations to larger enterprises that produce limited editions of handmade glass objects with a focus on use. The pieces represent the characteristics of each studio’s aesthetic, special techniques, technical skill and unique glass designs all inspired by the rich history of glass-making.
