This exhibit featured the work of fifteen Japanese artists working in a truly unique form of contemporary Japanese art. Rōzome, or Japanese batik textiles (wax dyeing), dates back to the eighth century A.D. The personal styles represented cover a wide range and stretch the definition of Rōzome.
