| Tour options: | A typical tour takes approximately 30 minutes in the gallery. We also offer an optional 30 minute time period in a classroom working on an art project that correlates with the exhibit. We can work with the teacher to provide the best experience for students. |

| Fee structure: | Admission for student and senior groups is $3 per person. Admission for adult groups is $5 per person. With student groups, one chaperone is admitted free for every 10 students (additional chaperones are welcome at the standard $5 adult rate). Home school groups smaller than 10 are welcome to sign up for Museum tours as well, at the student rate of $5 per person with 1 free chaperone. Please inquire about our sponsored admission for free or reduced lunch recipients. |

| Transportation/student drop-off areas: | A limited number of school buses may park in the Safeway (425-456-0205) parking lot next door to the museum if Safeway is given advance notice by the schools. If interested, please ask for more information when scheduling your tour.

| Disability accommodations: | Our museum is wheelchair accessible. Special needs groups should bring the appropriate number of assistants to ensure a quality experience (assistants are admitted free of charge). |
| Food: | Tours should generally conclude with enough time to return to school for lunch. No food or beverages are allowed in the upstairs galleries. If students plan to bring sack lunches, accommodations may be made in the museum. Also, Bellevue Downtown Park and Bellevue Square are within walking distance of the museum. |
